- Is integration two way, meaning status writes back into ERP and order management rather than only reading from them.
- Who builds and maintains the integration, and what does that cost after go live.
- What happens to data if the relationship ends. Export format, retention, timelines.
- How does the platform handle address quality, since poor address data undermines any routing engine.

3. Configuration and control

- Reference customers are all significantly larger or smaller than you.
